Structural Inspections

A detailed report specifically focused on the structural components of the building such as basement walls and supporting structure. A structural report is typically requested where there are known visible structural concerns such as bowed basement walls, basement wall cracking, floors out of level, bowed roofing, deflected main support beam, drainage problems.

Typically Structural inspections are requested by the following:

  • Buyers who want a detailed report on the structure only not a full home inspection
  • Buyers Lender after appraisals identify a potential structural concern
  • Sellers before listing a house for sale
  • Sellers before performing structural repairs
